The Village of Ellicottville Zoning Board of Appeals is comprised of five members who meet as needed on the 1st Tuesday of each month, to review and deliberate on appeals for variances on the Village's Zoning Laws and Ordinances.

Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings
Unless otherwise posted, Zoning Board of Appeals meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of each month beginning at 5:30 pm at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, N.Y. 14731. The submission deadline for Zoning Board of Appeals applications is 3 weeks prior to the Board meeting. Late submissions will be reviewed the following month. A complete submission includes a Zoning Permit first reviewed by the Zoning Official for compliance with the Village's Zoning Laws. Agendas are posted approximately 1 week prior to the meeting. Materials being reviewed by the Zoning Board of Appeals will be posted prior to the meeting. Contact the Planning Department with any questions. |
